01 / ADVERTISING
A promising start. Time to let it develop.
We are holding the current campaign steady while the first week accumulates. The views below describe delivery; neither is a decision-ready sample.

Active · $50 daily budget · optimized for purchases. Meta has not reported a website purchase in this window. Purchase CPA is unavailable until purchases are reported; this is not a conclusion about the funnel’s ability to convert.

Lead cost and click response are encouraging at this stage. We need more completed days and purchase results before judging sustained performance.
READING THE DATES CORRECTLY
One launch day. One full day.
Two calendar dates do not mean two full delivery days. Differences this early do not establish a trend.

Delivery is uneven and the sample is very small. These figures are shown for transparency, not as instructions to replace, pause or scale an ad. Separately, Samuel attributed the later reported consult booking to Video 2, Beyond Another Food List. That does not change the completed-day Meta figures or establish a winning ad.
02 / BOOKING & CHECKOUT UPDATE
A first consult booking from the ads.
Updated October 21 at 4:44 p.m. Eastern. This later operational update is separate from the completed-day Meta figures. Deeper webinar and funnel analysis remains part of HBM coaching.
One reported consult booking. Payment still needs to be reconciled.
Kate reported a consult booking, and Samuel traced that contact to Video 2. That is encouraging progress beyond the opt-in. No payment was collected for this booking, so we are keeping it separate from paid purchases and revenue.
Kate found that the checkout was in test mode. Her later settings screenshot shows Live selected, and our read-only check of the published checkout confirmed that Stripe now loads in live mode. A successful live charge has not yet been independently verified.
The next step is to verify the first successful live customer payment in both GHL and the payment provider. A scheduled consult or confirmation email alone does not confirm that money was collected.
The booking and its ad attribution come from Kate’s and Samuel’s updates. Its exact booking time and the current order-form visit total have not been independently reconciled. One booking is not enough to judge sustained funnel performance or declare a winning ad.
Earlier funnel observation Preserved for context; superseded as the current assessment
Earlier today, Samuel observed 9 opt-ins and 0 order-form visits. The later consult-booking report means we should no longer describe the current funnel as having no progression. It does not establish a revised order-form visit count.
Samuel’s working reference is about 30% of opt-ins reaching the order form—roughly 3 at 9 opt-ins. That remains a reference for a larger, matched sample, not a conclusion from these initial results. The 9 opt-ins are also separate from Meta’s 8 leads through October 20.
CHECKOUT IMPROVEMENT COMPLETED
The extra agreement checkbox is removed.
The published checkout now shows the purchase button with agreement text beneath it and terms further down the page. The extra required agreement checkbox from the earlier screenshot is no longer present.
This removes the additional click we flagged. Its effect on conversion has not yet been measured.
Visually verified October 21. No form, booking or payment was submitted during the review.
PAYMENT FOLLOW-THROUGH
Live mode is visible. Confirm collection next.
The Live setting is the correct mode for customer payments. Complete the check by matching a successful live transaction and its amount in GHL with the connected payment provider.
Review payment-dependent emails and booking access so that a booking or page visit is not mistaken for a successful payment.
No processor records or workflow execution logs were inspected. The precise path taken by the earlier booking is still unverified.
03 / WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Stay steady. Build a useful first week.
Kate has updated the checkout. This report records the visible changes; no campaign or budget changes were made during this review.
Revenue will complete the picture.
To report the return from the ads, we will need ad-generated assessment and program revenue for the stated week, with refunds noted. The reported unpaid booking contributes no collected revenue. Keep it separate from future paid customers; missing weekly revenue stays unavailable.
How to read this report Dates, sources and measurement limits
Dates & sources
Meta reporting retrieved October 21, 2026, by 3:02 p.m. Eastern. Reporting dates: October 19–20. Meta returned the ad-account timezone as EST; the Monday refresh runs in America/New_York. The campaign start setting is October 19 at 10:00 UTC. Today’s partial results are excluded.
Narrative updated October 21 at 4:44 p.m. Eastern using Kate’s and Samuel’s updates and a read-only public-checkout review. The earlier manual funnel counts are historical. No direct GHL analytics, transaction export or Stripe payment record was retrieved. Live checkout mode and checkbox removal were observed; charge success was not tested.
Attribution
The ad set is configured for 7-day click, 1-day view and 1-day engaged-video-view attribution. The connector does not expose a reporting attribution or date-basis override. These are Meta platform figures, not independently reconciled last-click/date-of-click results. Later attribution may revise earlier dates.
Metric definitions
Leads and website purchases are Meta-reported events, not verified unique customers, attended calls or program enrollments. “None reported” preserves an empty source event field; it is not independent confirmation of zero backend sales. Outbound CTR is outbound clicks divided by impressions. It is not a unique-outbound metric.
Meta reports 8 leads and 7 landing-page views. Those fields cannot support a valid funnel opt-in-rate calculation, so no percentage is calculated from them. The positive opt-in assessment is from Samuel’s funnel review.
Scope & updates
The report is an aggregate snapshot, not a live feed. Account, campaign, ad and daily spend reconcile to $132.42; leads reconcile to 8. Reach and frequency are not summed across ads or days.
Monday reports use completed Monday–Sunday periods and preserve prior snapshots. Funnel observations are an extra check, not an expansion of the usual Control Room service. The 30% order-form reference is Samuel’s working benchmark, not a universal Meta standard.
