WEEK 02 OCTOBER 26–NOVEMBER 1, 2026

More leads. Lower lead cost.
Two purchases attributed this week.

October 26–November 1 generated 21 leads at $16.67 each and two Meta-attributed website purchases at a $174.99 campaign CPA. Lead cost improved by 25% from the prior week. The creative refresh is now set up with Videos 2, 3 and 4 plus the new Free Class image.

The prior week also includes one Samuel-confirmed consult purchase omitted from Meta because checkout was in test mode. It counts for acquisition despite collecting no money. Acquisition counts and collected revenue remain separate.

Better lead efficiency. Purchase activity to build on.

The campaign remains at $50 per day. Review the campaign first, then use the creative and placement detail to guide the next adjustment.

Two Meta-attributed website purchases. CPA uses those two platform events. All seven reporting dates are complete; November 2 is excluded.

Recorded acquisitions combine platform events with the confirmed test-mode consult where the selected period includes it. They are not an independently reconciled unique-customer or paid-revenue total. Purchase events can be revised by Meta.

The prior week includes the partial October 19 launch day. Fresh prior-week spend is $356.50, a $0.03 revision from the preserved October 26 snapshot. Current-week impressions: 1,835; prior week: 2,710. Cost per outbound click: $4.17, versus $3.96.

COST & AUDIENCE REVIEW

Higher CPM, without a clear fatigue pattern.

CPM increased from $131.55 to $190.72, while outbound CTR improved from 3.32% to 4.58% and frequency fell from 1.88 to 1.67. This does not show clear audience saturation. The late-week CPM of $155.75 was below the full-week level; monitor cost alongside purchase CPA, not in isolation.

OCTOBER 30–NOVEMBER 18 leads · $14.60 per lead

$116.81 spent and one Meta purchase event. This overlaps the weekly results and is not an independent test.

30-DAY CONTEXT · OCTOBER 3–NOVEMBER 137 leads · $19.09 per lead

$706.47 spent. Two Meta purchase events plus the confirmed October 21 consult produce a mixed-source planning CPA of $235.49 across three recorded acquisitions. Sixteen dates were before launch.

Meta’s 21 leads and 18 landing-page views do not provide a valid matched funnel denominator. No opt-in percentage is calculated.

“None reported” preserves an empty source field, not an independently verified zero. Daily results remain variable at this budget.

Placement review Facebook Feed produced both reported purchase events

Facebook Feed produced both Meta purchase events and 16 of the 21 leads on $220.25. No Audience Network delivery was reported. Keep placement-level monitoring; two events do not justify a placement cut by themselves.

Breakdowns reconcile to the campaign totals. Reach and frequency are not added across placements. No placement changes were made by this report.

02 / CREATIVE & CONSULTS

Keep the two videos with acquisition signals.

Video 3 generated both Meta-attributed purchases this week. Video 2 generated the first confirmed consult in the prior week. The new Free Class image and Food Confidence video add fresh creative to those two reference ads.

NOVEMBER 2 REFRESH

Three videos and one new image.

Matt confirmed the refresh was ready for 5 a.m. EST. Meta now shows active delivery status for Videos 2, 3 and 4 and the new Free Class image. The old image and Video 1 show completed delivery status.

This verifies the current lineup, not the exact first delivery time. Today’s partial performance is excluded. Budget and approved US targeting with New York excluded remain unchanged.

Video 1 · Healthy EatingCompleted$3.99None reportedNone reported$38.75
Image 1 · More Foods, Fewer Canceled PlansCompleted$24.89None reportedNone reported$142.33

The old image spent $142.33 across October 19–November 1 for one lead and no Meta purchase event. Video 1 spent $38.75 for three leads and no Meta purchase event. They have been replaced; the new ads have no delivery in this completed reporting window. “Active” above uses Meta’s delivery status because the older ads still retain an ACTIVE effective-status field while reporting completed delivery.

Video 2’s weekly CPM rose from $185.24 to $241.74 and Video 3’s from $153.57 to $181.69. Their daily CPM was lower toward the end of the week. The evidence supports monitoring costs and the refresh, rather than declaring sustained fatigue.

03 / WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Measure the refresh. Align the holiday offer.

The next review will separate the new lineup’s completed-day results from the prior creative.

01

Review the refreshed lineup

Keep the current $50 daily budget and four-ad set for this planned refresh. Track campaign purchase CPA, lead cost, CPM and response across completed days, then use ad-level evidence for the next adjustment.

02

Switch holiday messaging November 3

The planned fall sale ends November 2. From Tuesday, November 3, the checkout coupon banner and promotional emails and texts should all use the matching Black Friday offer. Completion is awaiting an update.

03

Complete the revenue picture

Share ad-generated assessment and program receipts for October 26–November 1, identifying installments and refunds. Facebook and Instagram follower/engagement details would also help us assess additional strategy options.

Revenue and ROAS remain awaiting an update.

Meta reports $194 in purchase-event value this week; that is not verified collected revenue. No program revenue is inferred or added without checking overlap. The first test-mode consult remains a confirmed acquisition with no cash collected. Next scheduled report: Monday, November 9, at 7:00 a.m. Eastern.

Earlier checkout and webinar updates Dated context, not fresh funnel findings

Live mode and removal of the extra checkout agreement checkbox were observed October 21. Kate reported the move to Vidalytics complete October 22. Neither was retested for this report, and their effect on conversion is unmeasured.

The earlier nine-opt-in/zero-order-form observation remains historical. Deeper webinar and funnel work belongs in HBM coaching; this report focuses on ads.

How to read this report Dates, attribution and evidence

Dates & sources

Meta and both client channels were refreshed November 2, 2026. This report covers October 26–November 1, compared with October 19–25. The account again returned EST; the Monday schedule independently uses America/New_York. November 2 performance is excluded.

The 30-day window is October 3–November 1, with 16 pre-launch dates. The campaign began partway through October 19. Source totals can change as Meta revises reporting.

Acquisition & attribution

The ad set uses 7-day click, 1-day view and 1-day engaged-video-view attribution. The connector cannot apply the project’s last-click/date-of-click overrides. Meta website purchases are platform events, not proof of unique paid customers, attended consults or program enrollments.

The confirmed October 21 consult is counted for acquisition, separately from Meta and revenue. It belongs to the prior week. The 30-day combined planning CPA uses two Meta events plus this confirmed consult, not a reconciled unique-customer total.

Reconciliation & nulls

Account, campaign, ad set, ads, daily and placement totals reconcile: $349.97 spent, 1,835 impressions, 84 outbound clicks, 21 leads and two Meta purchase events. Prior-week and 30-day ad totals also reconcile.

Reach and frequency use native totals and are not summed. Outbound CTR is clicks divided by impressions. Empty source fields stay “None reported.” No valid matched opt-in denominator or verified revenue scope is available, so no opt-in percentage or ROAS is shown.

Scope & changes

Matt’s November 1 confirmation and current Meta delivery status support the refresh update. This report did not change ads, budgets, audiences, tracking, billing or funnel pages, and sent no messages.

Both channels and the report, booking and social threads were checked for late updates. No new revenue figures were found. The October 26 archive predates Samuel’s acquisition-counting correction; this current report applies it.
