16 leads in the first week.

October 19–25 · launch week
| Amount spent | Leads | Cost per lead | Website purchases | Meta purchase CPA |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $356.47 | 16 | $22.28 | None reported | — |
Includes the partial October 19 launch day and six complete delivery days. Today, October 26, is excluded.
Purchase events, when reported, are not proof of a successful customer charge. No verified revenue is available for this week.
TRAFFIC CONTEXT
90 outbound clicks from the ads.
| Metric | October 19–25 |
|---|---|
| Impressions | 2,709 |
| Reach · Meta Accounts | 1,444 |
| Frequency | 1.88 |
| Outbound clicks | 90 |
| CPC (cost per link click) | $3.96 |
| CPM (cost per 1,000 impressions) | $131.59 |
Clicks show response to the ads; they do not establish completed page loads or purchases. Meta reports 16 leads and 15 landing-page views, so those figures cannot support a valid funnel opt-in rate.
COMPARISON CONTEXT
More data, without a false baseline.
The last three completed days spent $142.13. This overlaps the weekly totals and is still a small sample.
No delivery metric values were returned for the prior week. A percentage-change comparison would be misleading.
The 30-day pull matches this week’s totals. It includes 23 pre-launch dates, not extra conversion history.
The $22.28 weekly lead cost is above the initial $16.55 October 19–20 snapshot. Those overlapping windows are not independent weeks or evidence of sustained deterioration.
Daily delivery Six complete days and a partial launch day

| 10-24 · Complete | $28.32 | 6 | 2 | $14.16 |
| 10-25 · Complete | $69.75 | 21 | 4 | $17.44 |
Daily results are volatile at this volume. “None reported” preserves an empty event field. October 26 is excluded.
Creative delivery All four ads remain active · no established winner
| Creative | Amount spent | Impressions | Leads | Cost per lead | Website purchases |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Video 2 · Beyond Another Food List | $15.56 | 84 | 1 | $15.56 | None reported |
| Video 1 · Healthy Eating | $34.76 | 268 | 3 | $11.59 | None reported |
| Video 3 · Just Relax | $188.74 | 1,229 | 11 | $17.16 | None reported |
| Image 1 · More Foods, Fewer Canceled Plans | $117.41 | 1,128 | 1 | $117.41 | None reported |
Video 3 accounts for 11 of the 16 reported leads at $17.16 per lead. Image 1 has one reported lead from $117.41 spent. These are lead-level observations, not paid-acquisition or profitability verdicts. All four ads received delivery; none meets a seven-day zero-delivery condition.
02 / BOOKING & CLIENT UPDATES
The first booking remains an early signal.
The October 21 booking is preserved below with its source date. No newer booking, payment or revenue update was found in the channels reviewed through October 26. This is not a confirmed weekly booking total.
One ad-attributed consult booking. No payment collected for that booking.
Kate reported the booking and Samuel traced the contact to Video 2. This is encouraging movement beyond the opt-in. It stays separate from paid purchases and revenue, and does not establish a winning ad.
Please share the successful live assessment payments and any ad-generated program receipts for October 19–25, with installments and refunds identified. We will use those records to confirm paid outcomes and report revenue accurately.
A booking or confirmation email alone does not establish payment. Successful live collection and payment-dependent emails still need to be verified against the transaction records.
CHECKOUT UPDATE · OCTOBER 21
Live mode and checkbox removal were observed.
Kate’s settings screenshot showed Live selected, and the October 21 public-page review observed Stripe loading in live mode with the extra agreement checkbox removed.
Historical verification, not a new October 26 checkout test. Successful charge collection still needs confirmation; the effect on conversion is unmeasured.
WEBINAR UPDATE · OCTOBER 22
Kate reports the move to Vidalytics is complete.
Kate confirmed the switch after a call with Richard. That update is recorded here; player settings, viewer behavior and conversion impact have not been independently verified.
Deeper webinar and funnel analysis remains part of HBM coaching. Control Room reporting stays focused on advertising.
03 / WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Confirm collection. Continue the campaign review.
The first week gives us a useful starting point. Verified paid outcomes are the missing piece for judging acquisition cost and return.
ROAS is awaiting verified revenue.
Missing revenue is not zero. No program revenue is inferred from prices, and no Meta value is added to reported receipts without checking overlap and attribution. No ad, budget, tracking or funnel changes were made for this report.
How to read this report Dates, sources and measurement limits
Dates & sources
Meta sources retrieved October 26, 2026, by 12:24 UTC (8:24 a.m. Eastern). Main reporting dates: October 19–25. Meta again returned the account timezone as EST. October 26 is excluded. The Monday schedule independently uses America/New_York.
The campaign start setting is October 19 at 10:00 UTC. All seven reporting dates are complete, but the first began partway through the day. The prior week is pre-launch; the 30-day view contains only the same launch-week delivery.
Attribution & collection
The ad set still uses 7-day click, 1-day view and 1-day engaged-video-view attribution. This connector does not expose the project’s last-click/date-of-click reporting overrides. Figures are Meta platform attribution and may be revised later.
Website purchase events do not establish unique paid customers, attended calls or program enrollments. The October 21 booking is Samuel-attributed and unpaid. Its exact booking time and a complete weekly booking count are unverified.
Metric definitions
Leads are Meta-reported events. “None reported” preserves an empty source event field and does not independently confirm zero backend sales. Outbound CTR is outbound clicks divided by impressions, not a unique-outbound metric. Reach and frequency use native totals and are not summed.
The source has 16 leads and 15 landing-page views. These do not provide a matched funnel denominator, so no opt-in percentage is shown. Empty pre-launch metrics are not substituted with invented values.
Evidence & scope
Account, campaign, ad set, ad and daily totals reconcile: $356.47 spent, 2,709 impressions, 90 outbound clicks and 16 leads. All four launch ads are active and received delivery. One week and one reported unpaid booking do not establish a winner.
Both client channels and relevant payment/social threads were refreshed; no new revenue was found. The Vidalytics change is client-reported. No GHL or processor transaction export was available. The earlier 9-opt-in/0-order-form observation remains historical in the launch archive, not a current funnel assessment.
